Maura Tierney is most famous for playing doctor Abby Lockhart on the long-running “ER” TV show, but to me, she’ll always be pretty and spunky Lisa Miller from the criminally underrated sitcom “Newsradio”. How good was that show? So good that I could watch it over and over and never get tired of it. I mean, seriously. Maura Tierney is there to supply the eye candy and Phil Hartman killing with the jokes. You can’t beat that, not with all the syringes and “stat” shouting of “ER”.
