The TV show WOMEN’S MURDER CLUB is about a group of female professionals in San Francisco who solves crimes by helping each other out. It’s also convenient that the women all have different jobs, with Angie Harmon playing a Detective, Laura Harris the Assistant District Attorney, Paula Newsome the country coroner, and Aubrey Dollar a cubbie reporter. I’m not sure what part Linda Park plays, because I only saw the pilot and I don’t think she was in it; or if she was, I must have missed her. In any case, it’s a decent show, but you gotta be pretty heavy into chick stuff to “get” the show. It’s not exactly a macho crime show, more of a “crime from a women’s perspective”, or something like that. In any case, here are promos for the show featuring all the gals, Angie Harmon, Aubrey Dollar, Paula Newsome, Linda Park, and Laura Harris.

The Showtime TV show DEAD LIKE ME is one of those shows that has a killer premise, and it runs for a while, generating a small but loyal following, but because of poor ratings, it gets yanked. Which only makes the show more popular among the small but loyal fanbase, which have been so active that apparently there is a DEAD LIKE ME TV movie coming, and depending on how that one does, a TV series MAY (and I stress may) be not far behind. In any case, here are the girls of DEAD LIKE ME: star Ellen Muth, blonde Goddess Laura Harris, Jasmine Guy, and the quirky Rebecca Gayheart. They’re hot, they’re talented, and they make DEAD LIKE ME even better. Bring back the show, dammit!
