Back in the ’90s, Kim Delaney was one of the hottest women on TV. You didn’t get any better than watching a gorgeous Kim Delaney bust scumbag skells (criminals, in TV parlance) on NYPD BLUE. After that show ran its course, Kim got smart and jumped ship over to PHILLY, a lawyer show. But unfortunately, lawyer shows weren’t doing so well back then, and the show got canceled.
